This database contains three-winter-season, hourly-resolution, water vapor stable H and O isotope compositions together with temperature, relative humidity, SO2 concentration, NO2 concentration, CO concentration, natural water fraction, and combustion-derived water fraction data from the city of Xi’an, located in the Guanzhong Basin (GZB) in northwestern China, which could be used to elucidate the role of water vapor in particulate pollution.
